Product Details: Synthetic refrigeration oils based on highly-stable polyolesters (POE). As a result of their good miscibility, theseester oils are perfect for use with chlorine-free HFC refrigerants such as R 134a, R 404A, R 407C etc. All RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ products are free of additives and are characterized by excellent stability and outstanding
lubricity. Ester oils in general tend to absorb water. In extreme cases, hydrolytic decomposition reactions can occur if excessive water content in the oil and extreme loads combine. It is therefore necessary to ensure that these oils do not come into contact with water or moisture during storage, handling or operation. All RENISO TRITON SE/SEZ products are ultra-dried and are filled into vapour-tight cans, pails, drums and containers under nitrogen atmosphere.

Castrol Aircol SW 32 is a synthetic refrigeration lubricant which are formulated from polyolester base stocks.The Aircol SW grades have been formulated to enhance hydrolytic stability, load carrying and inhibition against copper plating. Outstanding Miscibility: 

• The performance of an HFC system is optimized when the lubricant and refrigerant mix to form a single, clear phase. Miscibility lowers the viscosity of the lubricant carried through the system, so the lubricant can more efficiently return to the compressor. Mineral oils are not miscible with HFCs whereas Solest® 220, as a polyol ester has a controlled level of miscibility with HFC gases.

Excellent Thermal Stability: 

• Sealed tube results (ASHRAE 97) indicate that Solest® 220 provides excellent stability in the presence of HFC refrigerants. In addition to outstanding stability, this lubricant shows no adverse effects to metals and other materials of construction.
